This is a fast and low cost way for you to get the benefits of our experience and the speed of rapid changes and corrections, without committing to a long term contract.

Before ordering this service, please contact us via email with a general view of what you would like us to do.  Don't forget to include your name and phone number so we can contact you for detailed information.  We'll review your request and follow up with you to determine how to proceed.

If you decide to proceed with our suggestions, just click on the "Add to Cart" button to place your order.   You will be directed to PayPal, where you can select the amount of time we estimated or the amount you'd like to purchase.  You can pay via Credit Card, or your PayPal account.  Note: A Paypal account is NOT REQUIRED.

Once you've placed your order, we'll actually start working for you.   We provide this service either via remote access to your files via the internet (we'll advise you how to grant access to us for this purpose), or you can send us your file(s) for a quick correction or feature update.  Email your files to us here or call us at 612-382-5730 for information on how to set up your network connection and FileMaker for remote access.

Basic FileMaker Consulting
Includes the following for single user or small local area network system with less than 6 users:

1.  Answers to your questions about problems and/or features in your FileMaker solution.

2.  Recommendations on how to improve your system.

3.  Sample files which demonstrate how to accomplish things that may be beyond your current understanding or abilities with FileMaker Pro.

4.  Recommendations on how to set up your system so multiple users can remotely access your FileMaker files either via the Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless Network, or the internet.

5. Import of new or revised data into files or tables.

6.  One on One telephone contact when required.  This is usually in conjunction with access to your system, so you can see what's being done.

Advanced FileMaker and Web Consulting
Includes all of the items above, plus:

1.   Correct complex problems you point out in your DB and/or add complex features you'd like to have (where possible). 

2.  Recommend the appropriate web interface to fit your needs.

3.  Debug your existing DB files and their associated layouts, scripts, etc. 

4.  Debug your existing Web pages and their interface to FileMaker Pro.

5.  Upload changes to your web pages per your requests.

6.  Assist you in setting up your DB and/or web site on your own premises or at your chosen hosting provider.
